Focused primarily on agency and working on leasing and development instructions throughout the UK, including Grosvenor Centre Northampton, The Spires Barnet, Ilford Exchange, and Edmonton Green. Hugo is also advising on occupier clients such as M&S. This diversity has allowed him to develop an understanding of the requirements in a variety of locations and schemes around the UK.

Background

Born and raised in London, Hugo joined FMX in September 2022. He spent 7 months working at AS Retail on a number of different letting instruction across the UK, both on the high street and advising on shopping centres. He also spent time with occupiers with the expansion of their portfolios. Hugo studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, obtaining a 2:1 and qualified as a member of the RICS following the success in his APC in 2025. Hugo is also a member of the LPFXtra Committee.

Interests

Hugo is a big sports fan and particularly enjoys football, rugby, F1, skiing and cricket. When not at work, you can find him at Stamford Bridge supporting Chelsea or spending his time off with friends and family. He is also a qualified spin instructor too.
