Our Investment team completed the acquisition of 23-24 High Street, Stamford, Lincolnshire - a prime retail investment in a standout market town location - on behalf of Glenstone REIT.

Nick Symons, Lisa Hardy and India Bebb attended the opening of the new EE Experience Store at Lakeside Shopping Centre. This was a brilliant move for EE, consolidating two stores into one larger, elevated space at the super-regional shopping destination.

Tom Heptonstall and Patrick Kilvington - working alongside joint agent Delta Capital Property Investment - completed the sale of Westoe Crown Village Retail Centre to a private investor.

Graham Fawcett, Tom Heptonstall and Patrick Kilvington completed the sale of the Nationwide on Petty Cury, right in the heart of Cambridge, for Marylebone Asset Management. A standout asset in one of the UK’s most consistently resilient retail cities, which was sold to a private investor client of Forge.
