Appointed in 2015 to provide development advice following the desire to extend the already successful Orchard Centre by bringing a hybrid retail park/come town centre extension to the original 2005 Orchard Centre. Planning was received in 2016.
The extension amounting to circa 150,000 sq ft over 23 new retail units and 7 restaurants and cafes.
Our advice curated the final line up of stores and cafes with our services then extending to leasing advice with anchor lettings to M&S Food, H&M, TK Maxx and Boots early on, enabling the scheme to open almost fully let in March 2018, with Costa Coffee and the first Nando’s in Didcot.
