In 2024, we were tasked with managing all lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease regears across the portfolio.
We successfully agreed a number of lease renewals at competitive rents, with some agreements providing additional flexibility where required. FMX also represented Itsu in several third-party rent reviews and has successfully reached positive settlements in all cases to date. Additionally, we are actively working on multiple lease regears across the portfolio.
