Appointed by Shearer Property Group (SPG) in 2015 to provide development consultancy advice for the transformation and regeneration of 15 acres of Coventry City Centre, known as City Centre South (CCS), into a mixed-use commercial property and residential scheme.

In 2013, FMX was jointly instructed to advise Smiggle on its proposed UK entry. Smiggle is part of The Just Group, one of Australia's largest retail groups. The FMX Lease Advisory Team has also dealt with a number of rent reviews on behalf of Smiggle, minimising their rental outgoings.
